1. Start an incline walking program
If you already walk, that's great. The problem though... walking on a flat surface isn't that great if your goal is to lose weight as fast as possible. However, walking on an incline is great for fast weight loss.
Due to weather and lack of hills for most people, I suggest you do this on a treadmill that inclines. Just set it to an incline of between 10-15 degrees. It doesn't look like much, but get on it and walk for 20 minutes and you'll see a big difference from normal walking!
I suggest you do this at least 3 times a week if you have to go to the gym. If you have a treadmill at home, do this 5-6 days a week.
2. For fast weight loss, a lot of my clients lose 5-6 pounds in under 2 weeks using EV coconut oil.
"EV" stands for extra virgin. That means it's cold pressed, unfiltered, and raw. That's what you want. What you do is take 1 tablespoon on an empty stomach 2 times a day. That's it.
