Continue reading on below as I share one of my own exercise optimizations that should do the very same for you! Adding Resistance to Your Kegel Contractions One of my favorite methods of male enhancement exercise is the Kegel contraction, or penis elevation exercise.
If you aren't already familiar with my other articles, very simply, this exercise focus on tensing, or elevating your anatomy by flexing the pc muscle in the pelvis.
If you focus on repetition, and "holding" the muscle in this elevated state, you will notice phenomenal improvements across a whole host of important metrics in really short order.
( kegel ALSO will help with some sexual dysfunctions as well...
as that is REALLY what is taught for primarily) The Net Effect? The resistance part of this process involves incorporating a light weight ( NEVER hanging weights though) in the form of a light washcloth or towel that is dampened for a bit of extra resistance.
Simply incorporating the washcloth into your elevations is DECEPTIVELY powerful in adding a whole new layer of effort ( and result!) into this already exciting exercise.
I have found this cuts my own efforts in half, from the standpoint of time..
..
all while adding noticeable and measurable improvements in the gains I'm already getting by doing this regimen WITHOUT the resistance.
