Creating Wealth - Attitude About Money Makes a Big Difference
That is partially true because the world is full of people with all those criteria but they are not yet wealthy.
If you closely examine the reason for this, you will see that the main cause is their belief, which later create their attitude towards money.
And attitude is power.
It creates the filter from which a person value thing.
For example, if a person believes that 'money is the root of all evil', how do you think their attitude is towards making money? Perhaps you can see why this person is going to have a tough time try to get involve in any program to make money.
Here is another more powerful example.
I have come across a man who successfully builds his business despite having a debilitating family condition.
His father was a menial worker and his mother was a full time housewife.
This guy only gets his education until third year of secondary school where he decided to leave and look for a job.
But one thing for sure; he did not stop learning.
He used to tell me, "My lesson starts when I stop schooling.
Life is a better teacher than any one person I had known.
" And he read a lot.
Apparently, his reading had shaped his believe about what is possible and what is not in life.
For instance, when people told him that 'know how' is the most important criteria to success, he believes 'know who' is more important, and he proves it.
He is not the smartest guy in his company but he is making more than a few degree holders there.
Most importantly, he believes that money is his 'friend'.
This creates a momentum and a different attitude that he display when it comes to creating wealth.
I remember that another friend of ours forbids discussion about business during meal time, but he encouraged it.
In fact, he thinks that is the best time to hold such discussion, and he obviously is the one making more money.
Will his wealth be any different if he had different attitude? You can bet your bottom dollar on that!
