From lao cai to hoang lien national park (t4b)
Day 1: Laocai - Ben Den - Trek from Ta Thang Village to Sin Chai B Village
Arrive in Lao cai around 6am. We meet our guide at the train station and have breakfast in local restaurant (Optional). A fter breakfast we will make an hour transfer to Ta Thang where we will begin our eight hours trek passing through bamboo forest and green jungle along some of the most remote trekking area of the north. We stop for lunch in thevillageofNam Phang. A fter lunch we will head towards our homestay in Sin C hai BvillageofRed Dzaopeople. We may meet the Red Dao ethnic minority tending the fields or working in the forest on our way. There will be time to enjoy the beautiful scenic valley as we pass through. Dinner and overnight in a bamboo hut in the village

Day 2: Sin Chai B Village – Thanh Phu Village – Nam Nhiu - Nam Than - Nam Sai Village
Breakfast and leave Sin Chai B at about 08.00 am. Today's adventure will take us through a number of small ethnic minority villages (including Red Dao,Tay, Xafo and Black H'mong). This portion of the trek offers stunning view of Nam Sai andNamCangValleysas well as chances to understand life of tribal peoples in remote land. We will see people from the local communities carrying out their daily activities as it is in the northern highlands. Our trek will take us to our home stay for tonight in theTayvillage - Nam Sai. Check in home-stay, having a short rest and enjoy an easy walk to exlore this charming and quiet village.

Day 3: Nam Sai - Nam Sang - Nam Ngan - Ta Trung Ho
Following breakfast we will leave Nam Sai behind us and start to ascend to Nam Sang village of the Xa Pho people through Nam Sai valley. Paying visiting to local homes here for interesting discovery of the unique way of living. The Xa Pho is a sub group of the Phu La ethnic whose population is just about 4,000 in Vietnam and still live a primary way. Then following the same trail uphill for 1,5 hour through the forest toNamNganVillageof the Red Zao. Lunch break at the top of the mountain in the forest. After that challenging along a narrow dirt trail sneaking on steep hill sides through narrow & sharp canyon from the height of 950 m up to nearly 1,700m for the whole afternoon eading to Ta Trung Ho village of Red Dao where we will stay here for overnight.

Day 4: Ta Trung Ho – Nam Toong – Ban Ho – Sapa.
You are now at the fringe of the rain forest by the Hoang Lien Son mountain range. Fansipan, the highest peak inIndochinaPeninsulawith its 3143 m, is located in this mountain range. You will start the trek today by descending to Nam ToongvillageofRed Daominority. Here your lunch will be prepared in a local house or in local school.
In the afternoon, before descending to Ban Ho, you can make a stop by a waterfall to refresh. Then where your car takes you on the journey back to Sapa.
