Qigong Loosens PTSD So We Can Hang On

PTSD is like a rope tightened around its victims held captive, you see.
The events may be different, but the patterns are the same for you and me.
The grip may be more taut if the event has had years to gain control, too.
If there has not been any intervention for us, this is especially true.
Please do not let this be a hindrance to help that is available today.
We can start the healing process right away when we kneel to pray.
It is amazing how strong we feel after that first encountered supplication! To amplify the process, be open to suggestions offered from contemplation.
This is completely reversed from the encumbering inertia experienced before.
Being still in silence is an action that ignites the pursuit of faith to the core! In fact, being still is the greatest catalyst toward change we can initiate.
When struggling to be free of PTSD emotions, stillness helps us navigate.
Once we have started to break trauma's crippling patterns, we can use Qigong.
This is an ancient Chinese self-healing process to help our progress along.
It will open the energy blockages in our mind that tends to allow trauma back.
Each time our channels are cleared, it will help thwart off another mental attack.
These negative emotions of anger and fear are like deep roots in the ground.
They need constant clearing to keep them from creating an emotional rebound.
The good news is each clearing removes a wall around our heart, too.
These walls were built to keep out hurts and what made us blue.
The problem is that the walls, also, keep away the emotion of love.
We cannot touch the softness of a flower if we are wearing a glove.
Using the tools of self-clearing (through concentration) we break those walls.
When diligently used, this becomes a powerful support of any more falls.
Chances are it will take more than one Qigong session to help us heal, though.
The hope is that each time a layer of sorrow is removed, we spiritually grow! This will take additional effort on our part (so that we can hang on in process.
) Daily using positive affirmations will counter-act any feelings that regress.
An affirmation is repeating positive words and thoughts to promote health.
These will be of so much more value to us than any gold, silver, or wealth.
Most importantly, we need to give thanks to the God/Universe for blessings, too.
Having a heart filled with gratitude is essential to keep us from being blue!
