So what can you do? Try these things.

When you feel a panic attack coming on, Close your mouth and start breathing through your nose.
Have you ever seen someone breathing through a paper bag? Well that is exactly what is happening here.
That reduces your oxygen intake which will calm you down.
2.
Next, hold your breath for 10 seconds.
then breathe through your nose.
Keep your mouth close at all a time.
Keep doing this over and over again until anxiety stops.
