Dealing With Hair Loss

No matter how silly the idea of hair loss may seem to people who are not effected by it, hair loss can be a terrible disease that lowers confidence and self worth.
In the politically correct environment in which we live, where almost anything negative statement about another human beings physical appearance is highly frowned upon, losing your hair still seems to be open season.
A recent study shows that approximately 40% men will suffer from hair loss at some point in their life.
That being said, you are anything but alone.
When I first noticed that my hairline was starting to recede, going out in public became a serious chore for me.
I always felt as if everybody I came in contact with was judging me and my social life became pretty much nonexistent.
I eventually started staying up until all hours of the night surfing the internet for the one size fits all solution that would make all of this go away.
Sadly enough, I never found it.
What I did find however was plenty of support groups where I could go and talk to other people who were experiencing the same types of psychological issues that I was having over my own situation.
After spending a lot of time talking to other people about my issue, I started to realize that it was not something that I should stop living my life over, but instead think of it as one of my unique qualities.
My advice to anybody who is having any of these issues is to seek out any one of the support communities online and start talking openly about your hair loss.
