EBT Card Instructions

1). Look for the "Quest" logo on store windows. The logo appears with other credit card logos if the store accepts food assistance cards. If the store does not display the "Quest" logo it does not accept EBT cards.
2). Purchase groceries by sliding your EBT card into the debit/credit card machine at the cashier line. Select "EBT" on the machine and enter your PIN, which you created when you called to activate your EBT card.
3). Push "Yes" if you want to continue your transaction, which allows the grocery store to deduct the amount of your groceries from your food assistance program account. Take your receipt.

1). Insert your EBT card into any ATM machine and enter your PIN.
2). Push the button to withdraw funds and enter the amount you want to withdraw from your EBT account.
3). Take your cash, your receipt and your card once you are finished with your transaction.
