GAR Labs' state-of-the art manufacturing operation is based in Riverside, California. Switching to a four stage deionization system has enabled GAR Labs to save 10,000 gallons of water a day. Using only purified water, GAR Labs can serve a capacity ranging from 55 gallons to 12,000 gallons per shift and all products are subject to rigorous purification and testing processes, including Viscosity Testing to make sure each GAR Labs product is always the correct thickness.

GAR Labs has reduced its overall power consumption with the addition of 400 solar panels that generate 100,000 watts of power, reducing consumption of electrical energy while at the same time producing their own electricity.
In addition, GAR Labs installed over 200 low energy LED and T-5 fluorescent lights along with motion activated lighting in all offices to automatically turn off lights when no one is present. This has dramatically reduced the company's electrical lighting demands. GAR Labs is the only factory in Riverside to have motion activated outdoor lighting that save maximum energy by only turning lights on when someone is present.

The GAR Labs Product Development department maintains thousands of hair and skin care formulas and prototype formulas and GAR Labs also offers a laboratory where test samples can be formulated and created at no additional cost. GAR Labs clients are also guaranteed 100% ‘on-spec' ingredients, and when production is completed GAR Labs will run a series of tests to ensure compliance with the customer's standard and that the product is at the correct pH for the skin and bacterial free BEFORE being filled.
