Piling on Pounds of Muscle Using Goal-Setting and Motivation
I don't think I've ever met anyone who didn't have some kind of plan to work out and pile on tons of muscle.
I also don't think I've ever met anyone who didn't give up shortly after setting their plan to work out.
This has probably happened to you.
Hell, I know it's happened to me plenty of times in the past.
The missing ingredient for most people: motivation.
They need someone there who can motivate them, and keep them going.
All truly great people who have accomplished huge tasks have done the following to get there: 1.
They wrote down their goals.
2.
They measured their goals every week.
3.
They had motivation, someone or something, that pushed them to get there.
ANYONE is capable of greatness if they follow this basic formula.
This is especially true when it comes to putting on muscle mass.
If you just go into something without a plan, you are destined to fail.
If you don't have some source of motivation, you are destined to fail.
Building muscle is about being different.
It's about showing off that you are more determined than 99% of the population.
It's a pride of honor.
Find someone or something to push you to the next level in your workouts, and never let you give up.
As long as you have some kind of motivation, you will be guaranteed to succeed.
I've piled on pounds and pounds of muscle by finding ways to remind myself to work out.
That's it.
Find a way to remind yourself to work out, and to motivate you to work out, and you will succeed with every one of your goals.
