- 1). Visit the Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 2 (SP2) download website (see Resources for link). Click on the "Download" button, then save the file to a convenient location on your computer.
- 2). Double-click on the installation file. Confirm the operation if prompted.
- 3). Follow the onscreen prompts to set up the Windows XP Service Pack 2 installation. When prompted, restart your computer to complete the install process.
