Latin Boys

Handsome boys who look off to the side when they smile.
They are really men but look young still, and might appear to be boys still hiding in the sunshine's shadows of a bright day.
Their smiles emanate and reach you without direct eye contact.
You can tell one or both their parents must have rejected them, and abuse was not uncommon in fairly recent childhoods.
They have risen above this.
They look away from you with style - Latin style.
They made it up as they express confidence, nonetheless, while they overcome insecurity to slightly slight you with a bravado that is stylish and masculine, in a boyish style.
Turning their heads, they reject you with a sense of snideness and open satisfaction.
They are not brown-skinned, but really are white in race.
Because they have pride in their culture, they look out of often blue or brown eyes as Latin American men, not really "white" - but speaking to you as white men always.
You wonder who their fathers are, and where they are, as they seem alone and waiting.
Their affirmation doesn't seem to ever come from society, or anyone.
They challenge you with their eyes while turning away, then looking back.
