Banswara Is A City Known For Its Tribal Culture And Sacred History
The Maharanas and Maharawals of Rajasthan, till date, have been known for their chivalry, grandeur and above all for their respect for the culture and beliefs. AnandSagarLake: It is a huge artificial lake built by the Maharani of Maharawal Jagmal Singh. It has in its proximity, many cenotaphs of the former rulers and a Kalp Vriksha, the wish granting tree.
Cheench Brahma temple: It is a temple of Lord Brahma built in 12th century having his life size idol in black stone.
Shri Raj Mandir: It is 16th century palace also called ‘CityPalace'. This huge edifice is a reminiscence of splendid Rajput architecture and is still in possession of the royal family.
