Antibiotics are not considered to be a good leaky gut cure.
Even though it will kill off the bad bacteria it also wipes out the good ones too.
You need a little bit of bad and good to keep that tummy happy.
Even though antibiotics will help, they are only temporary and may cause other problems in the long run.
There is no permanent cure for leaky gut syndrome.
However, there are guidelines that can be followed with diet and preventative measures that can be used.
Try removing the harmful foods and incorporating the helpful foods and herbs.
Small things such as water intake, exercise and removing stress all help for leaky gut cures.
