Our bodies need a lot of exercises in order to remain healthy. In many gyms across the land, the usual exercises are what many people do. There has been suggestions by authors of a new book that people get more exercises than they do. One of the simplest and most effective exercise is movement. They further say that by getting a strong mid section of the back of the body is important. Most of us spend the entire day seated at our desks and working with computers and sitting in the traffic and as a result, we contract our backs resulting into bad posture development.

Exercising the back of the body is supposed to be a daily routine if we are going to keep our posture and spines strong. Authors of a book that is aimed at redefining the core and getting rid of back pains emphasize on the need for having a strong back. Being the part that supports the movement of the whole body, it needs to be in perfect condition. Their book, offers good illustrations that anyone reading will simply grasp and start working on the exercises.

Their instructions does not require one to go to the gym to take the spine as the body's center of ability. Most of the exercises are simple and they do not require a gym instructor. They can be done even from the house and are all aimed at strengthening the posture. These exercises do not discourage any others that the person exercising is doing . Their main aim is to strengthen and not replace a user's regular fitness timetable. In fact, the authors encourage users to continue doing Yoga , Pilates or even any other exercise. They encourage them to add them to their already existing cardio exercises.

On the book's foreword, seven time Tour De France's winner Lance Armstrong appends his signature. One of the book's authors Park is his strength and conditioning coach. He says that Lance was opened up by the work out such that he improved in his career's performance. A fitness expert said that the idea of loading or hinging the back was important but he further said that he had not read or seen a book so devoted to it. He said the public is mistaken if they think that the abs are the core. He cements this further by saying that extension is key because we all live in a flexed state.

The authors advocate for a four to one ratio of front to back training. They say that for every one exercise done for the front of the body, four should also be done for the back. They also say that too many workouts reinforces the back's and body's posture in general . For instance someone who goes all day to the gym and at the same time does rides a bike is reinforcing the exercises he did.
