Cut two 2-inch by 3-inch rectangles of green felt. Place the rectangles together so the corners and edges match. Carefully round the two corners of one short side so that the rectangles have one rounded end.

    • 2). Cut two 3-inch pieces of chenille stem and make a right angle bend in each chenille stem at the halfway point.

Place one green felt piece onto a flat work surface, and position one chenille stem so that it is on the felt piece and one end is even with the raw side edge of the felt. Position the other chenille stem in the same fashion on the opposite side edge of the green rectangle. Place the second green felt piece over the first with the chenille stems sandwiched between the two felt pieces. Pin to hold this in place.

    • 4). Stitch around the entire curved edge with the sewing machine. Make the stitching line approximately 1/8-inch away from the raw edges of the felt. As you sew around the felt, sew the two chenille stem pieces in place with your stitching.

    • 5). Turn the finger puppet right side out. The chenille stems will extend out from the side edges of the puppet as frog legs.

    • 6). Glue the two eyes in place at the front top edge of the frog with the craft glue. Cut a 1-inch by 1/8-inch rectangle from the pink felt and glue this under the eyes as the frog's tongue. Allow the glue to dry completely before using the puppet.
