How to Drink Water & Vinegar
- 1). Mix 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar into an 8-ounce glass of cold water. Stir thoroughly to combine the mixture.
- 2). Add 1 teaspoon of honey to sweeten the drink. If you find the drink too pungent, honey will accent the flavors to make them more palatable.
- 3). Sip the drink slowly, over the course of 5 to 10 minutes.
- 4). Drink one to three cups of the water and vinegar mixture daily.
