Living pay check to pay check is all too familiar to me or at least it was.
Every day was a worry a stress just because of some circumstances I didn't plan on.
The physical, emotional, social and psychological damage can be tremendous.
Thoughts of suicide are not uncommon for people in this situation.
You just have zero self-esteem or willpower to even try at times.
My vision, dream and hopes were slammed to the ground when after 4 years of marriage I was basically thrown to the dogs.
With an infant daughter and a hurt that was so big that I wouldn't even have fit in to the state of Texas.
I left with nothing thinking that at least I had my pride.
Why I left and didn't insist on me and my daughter staying in the family home and having my disappointment move out into an apartment I'll never understand.
I obviously did some really stupid things that I can't go back and change now.
What the heck was I thinking?? Pride doesn't pay the bills and sure doesn't feed your children.
Dumb wasn't the word however that is what I did.
I went from job to job always trying to improve my salary and benefits as being a single mom with no financial security, a dead beat sperm donor to my daughter in which I had to and still am fighting for the little amount of child care granted by the law, (but my dud of a lawyer is a lot to blame for that which is another article) and basically starting from scratch.
I searched forever it seemed and when you have no money how can you afford any products or information that would help you start living the life everyone was meant to live and that is in abundance? What I did was start thinking it was sink or swim.
I took part of my rent money and used it to invest in myself.
Wow!!! What an investment and what a life.
Never mind worrying about that missed day.
Go ahead and miss a week or more.
I couldn't believe it and still am having a hard time.
I will wake up in the middle of the night not out of anxiety but to check to make sure the amount in my bank accounts are for real.
Number one thing to do is know for absolutely sure there is definitely a life to live just waiting for you to decide to get off your butt and sad story and make it work.
It's so easy you'll be smiling in your sleep I know I do.
Look for something you would be interested in doing and invest in you.
Don't fall for scams and if you do you didn't do your homework and research you jumped at nothing and bam nothing is what you got and you are back to telling yourself it will never happen.
Is that who you are? I don't even know you and I would bet you aren't.
Actually if anyone out there thinks that the meager life they lead is all they can do is so wrong.
Get started today and don't stop because success is right around the corner.
Research and feel good about what you are doing and what you are going to achieve.
The world is your catalogue, just don't sell yourself short.
