    • 1). Open Mozilla Firefox.

    • 2). Click "Tools".

    • 3). Click "Options".

    • 4). Click on the "Advanced" button. From the "Advanced" window, select the "Encryption" button.

    • 5). Check "Use SSL 1.0" and "Use SSL 3.0". Click "OK". SSL will now be enabled on your Linux computer, and Firefox will download and install these certificates whenever they are available for the sites that you browse.
