Rex is jealous that Jen and Riley have spent so much time together. Jen tells Lindsay not to lie. Yes or no? Have you slept with Rex? Lindsay won't answer, but Jen knows. Lindsay realizes Jen loves Rex. Jen tells her that she doesn't even know her anymore. Jen tells Rex to stay away from her. Riley and Daniel have a lighthearted chat.

When a cell mate says the wrong thing, Todd wails on him. Later, he imagines what life will be like after he serves his time.

A much older Starr and Jack look forward to their "dad" joining them for a celebration, along with Blair who can't wait either. When Todd walks in, Jack doesn't even know him, and Starr can't stand to see him. Todd says, "But you know I'm innocent." Starr replies, "I was a kid. What did I know?" Soon, Kevin arrives and they call him Dad, as Blair announces that they are celebrating 10 years as a family.

Kevin rushes Blair to the hospital when she collapses. Starr begs her mom not to die. David is frazzled by Blair's condition, and he tells Dorian them to marry right away in the hospital's chapel. However, Dorian says she wants a prenuptial agreement. Blair has a brain tumor, and Dorian consents to surgery. Starr asks her unconscious mother not to let her lose both her parents. In the morning, when Blair awakens, she asks for Kevin, and he helps her feel better about surgery. Starr has Kelly help her call Todd. He pretends to overdose (or maybe he really does. He did that years ago during another escape), and his cell mate immediately calls for help.

As Antonio leaves his loft, he tells a cop not to let anyone in with Jess. She answers a call from Haver, and in her hypnotic state, he tells her he has a favor to ask, but we don't hear what it is. During a nap, Jess dreams that Antonio twists a red leotard in his hands as he glares at her. In the morning she tells Antonio she knows no one can trust Haver, and she'll call Antonio immediately if she gets a call from him. In hindsight, we hear that Haver programmed Jess into making the police and Antonio think she trusts them, when really she'll only trust Haver.

Nat tells John that Caitlin's death was not his fault. She says he's dealing with a psycho, and there's no way John could have known what he'd do. Regardless, John says this time when Haver makes his move, Nat isn't going to be anywhere around. John tells Antonio he's taking Nat away from Llanview, but he's waiting till after Cris' memorial tomorrow. Antonio tells John that Jess can't or won't identify the killer as Haver.

Nat thanks John and Antonio for helping her, but this is Cris' day, and she doesn't want to focus on anything else. John tells Nat that Jess is going away with her. Haver calls Jess, and she tells him she pretended to go along with Antonio and John's plan. "Tell me about their plan," he says.
