How About a Simple IQ Test Required At The Polls Before Voting - Very Simple
But what if someone has such a low IQ that they cannot reason or even make a decent decision? In that case they are liable to believe anything that a politician promises them up at a podium while reading a teleprompter.
In fact hasn't that happened in the past? Isn't that why the country is in economic despair currently? Anyone can promote a theme of hope, change, or utopian future where the government provides everything for free, and we all get to sit in flower gardens drinking our favorite alcoholic beverage and listening to our favorite band.
Now, I am assuming that you are more grown-up than that, and the fact that you are reading this article proves you can read, and that you fully understand what I'm saying here and not only agree with me, but realize that utopian dream is not going to be possible without a lot of hard work.
You see, at some point we need to ensure that those that vote can actually reason and think.
Otherwise, their vote is only going to be a vector of the psychological mass manipulation of society by the media.
If folks will believe anything they hear on the radio or see on TV, or they will believe anything that someone says while reading a teleprompter in front of the podium, then they will vote for the wrong things and the wrong people.
There are many tests on the standard IQ test that are quite simple.
For instance if triangles are all the same, or what item should come next in a series.
If these people can pass those very simple IQ tests which most chimpanzees can do, then I would submit to you that they can at least have enough sense of the world to make a decent intuitive guess, or use a little bit of simple logical reasoning in order to vote.
However, if they can do that, maybe they shouldn't vote at all, because they are merely led astray by the mass manipulation of political campaigns.
Now in writing this article, obviously I have a certain politician in mind who I believe that only a low IQ person would vote for.
Rather than mentioning that person's name because we all know who he is, maybe we should have a simple IQ test to make sure that people like this never get into office again.
Wouldn't that be what's best for our country? Maybe it's time that we had a cut off, perhaps 80 or 85 IQ before someone was allowed to vote.
Just being old enough isn't sufficient.
There are third-graders who would not have voted for this gentleman, and you see my point? Please consider all this and think on it.
