Stress Relief Solution: How Do You Talk to Yourself?

Could your stress relief come about with a change of your language? It would appear that this could be true.
Can our thoughts (conscious or unconscious) and our beliefs create our experience and the reality we experience around us? The answer is yes- and our beliefs are manifested through the language that we use.
We create whatever we are focused on.
Our beliefs determine our feelings, and the feelings caused by our beliefs become entrenched in the words that we use to describe our situation.
All this together sends out an energetic language that the "field of consciousness" that is all around us understands.
The energy we send out is matched by a similar frequency and returns to us experiences that match it.
This is more commonly known as the "Law of Attraction".
The language you use also tells your brain what to pay attention to through the Reticular Activating System, (RAS) located in the brain stem.
This is the spot in your brain that tells you what to pay attention to and what to ignore in any given situation.
If you grew up hearing that you were dumb and that people don't like you, the first thing you will think when someone mistreats you is that you are dumb and that they don't like you.
It's just how the patterns in our brains work.
If you look at your body or your mind every week with the expectation of finding something wrong with it and focus on that expectation, what do think might happen? This is the implication of the quantum physics that are the new 21st century reality! It is both awesome--if your are conscious and terrible--if you remain unaware! In this way, the world around us becomes a mirror of what we have created.
The mirror is an honest display- an ultimate feedback loop.
If we have the wisdom we can learn quickly from our mistakes and learn to make new choices for better outcomes.
We can use our outer creations as witness of our truest inner beliefs, even if they may be unconscious, and change those beliefs to match what we would rather experience in the real world if we choose.
When we change our thoughts and our physiology, we find new solutions because as Napoleon Hill taught, we make better use of "The Gold Mine" between our ears, "to re-create our ever-improving life experience.
" We may then make newer and better choices in all areas of our lives.
We may then harvest the dreams and goals we had previously not yet imagined because our view was blocked.
Our significantly improved thoughts and feelings become our new life-enhancing beliefs.
More and more effortlessly opportunities of rich abundance are flowing to us each time we engage in this mindful practice.
Script Out Your Day- Think New thoughts by Using new Language! What would you rather have than anxiety? Think about that and INTEND that you will have it.
Any time you are feeling anxious, think to yourself and say to yourself: "I choose peace instead of this" You cannot necessarily choose your first thought or feeling since thoughts and feelings often arise from the unconscious, mind mechanism, seemingly out of nowhere.
You can, however, choose your second thought and your second feeling, replacing fear with Faith, depression with hope, anxiety with serenity.
In this process, you empower and reconstruct yourself.
Say as many positive affirmations as you can when you wake up and before you go to sleep at night.
Your thoughts create- and unfortunately, the creations you will get with anxiety are not too pleasant.
Think about your ideal day and write it down--100 things that would make it ideal-- then recite them everyday.
Get ready to see some major shifts in your life and how you feel.
Here is a script I have used to help me train my mind into using new and more positive language! starting on the next page.
Print it out and keep it next to your bed until you write your own.
DAILY SCRIPT Read first thing in morning and last thing before bed I am so grateful for my life.
All things come easily to me.
I now choose to learn and grow through joyous experiences.
I am calling on the powers of heaven to assist me daily.
I am coming to know my power and I am using my power to make a difference in the world.
I am attracting people who are thoughtful and considerate of me, and I am thoughtful and considerate of myself and others.
I will do everything I choose to do well enough.
I am experiencing my life as simple and easy.
I am experiencing all the time I need to get everything I need to done.
There are no emergencies in my life.
I have spiritual help all around me to assist me with anything I need help with and I am inviting that help and experiencing gratitude when it shows up for me.
I am having a great day.
Things always work out for me.
My life is great! I am free to move on with my life.
I am loved and supported by many, and I have every choice available to me.
The choices I make are appropriate and I am supported.
Life is good to me.
I am free of self imposed limitations.
I know who I am and what I want.
I am living in the new energy of myself, comfortably and easily.
I am sleeping easily and I awake refreshed and ready for a new day.
I am grateful for the feelings of peace and well being that abound in me.
I am seeing the good in all of the events and details of my life.
I am positive person who enjoys the adventure of this life.
I am creating more and more experiences that generate feelings of joy.
I am attracting like-minded people with whom I love to interact.
I am attracting people that are safe and respectful.
I share myself easily and I am understood.
I am experiencing lots of energy and vitality.
