Karma (kamma): in Indian religions is the concept of "action" or "deed", understood as that which causes the entire cycle of cause and effect.
--Wikipedia.
Here we see that the definition of Karma in other words means, your Actions.
The actions that you take everyday, eating, brushing your teeth, working, taking a nap, all those things involve you taking some action.
So what does Good Karma really mean? Karma is just what You Do! And what you do, is who You Are! So if you go about your life, and you're down about what you do, and you're moping around, and always complaining, good Karma will run from you as fast as it could.
You have to realize that when you're in a certain type of vibration, you're whole life begins to adjust itself to it.
So, if you're the type of person who is grateful, always putting your best foot forward, and who is always optimistic, you will begin to vibrate at a different Rhythm.
You will bring upon, circumstances that serve you better purpose, because as mentioned above, Karma (action) has a direct effect on the "entire cycle of cause and effect".
"Cause and Effect".
The beginning and the end result.
The beginning starts with you.
You make the decisions.
You get up in the morning and decide what kind of a day you're going to have.
If you stub your toe on the bed, you know what to do.
Take a deep breath and take it all in.
The pain will go away eventually.
What I really mean by this is, you have to decide how you're going to treat the challenging moments of your day.
We all have them, but it's up to you to decide how you're gonna handle them.
That is a free choice that we all possess.
When you make a decision that no matter what diversities the day brings upon, you're ready to take on the challenge.
What ever decision you make in how to handle your life's challenges, will determine what kind of Effect you produce in your life.
The entire cycle is a direct result of the actions you took in the beginning.
Look at the interesting results you have in your life now.
Are you pleased with your results, or could you do better.
Sometimes when we think that we're bringing bad Karma to us, but, we've already brought it, because of some past action that we took.
Everything that you do now, will have an equal outcome effect later.
The best way to bring "Good Karma" to your life, is doing good deeds.
But not just helping someone out with their broken down vehicle.
Make the tasks of serving and helping others a priority in your life.
Going out of your way and getting involved with charities, volunteering events, giving money to those who need it, can definitely bring Good Karma in your life.
But you must also focus your whole life on doing, saying and thinking things that make you feel good about yourself.
You should be doing things that are empowering to yourself and to others.
Be grateful all the time for the little things, in life.
Forgive others and teach others how to forgive.
Be honest with people and most importantly with yourself.
Be proud of yourself, even with your imperfections, at least your trying.
Be kind to others and be humble when trying to help.
Always offer a good comment to someone, you could make their day! Pray and ask for better ways to assist others in need.
Most importantly always think, feel and do everything in your life with LOVE.
Bring on the Good Karma!
