Dating After a Breakup - Is She Really All That Into You?
When you first get back into the dating groove it might feel as though you're missing all the steps.
If you're looking for a real indicator of how well things are going the best place to look is your date.
Check and see if your date is showing any of these simple signs that things are going quite well for you on the dating front.
You'll be glad you took the time and might find that your ego gets a little bit of a boost.
1) Is she hanging on your every word? You know the look a girl gets when she's really into whatever it is you're talking about.
If you're just coming out of a long-term relationship you also know the glazed over look that girls often get when they want to seem interested in what you're saying but have really checked out of the conversation.
If she's checked out already it may be time to call for the check.
Otherwise, keep thrilling her with a little bit of lively conversation.
2) How often is she touching you? Women who are interested in a guy are often a little touchy-feely.
Don't just pay attention to how often she touches your hand or puts her hand on your arm, shoulder, or back but also pay attention to the times when it looks like she's getting ready to but stops herself.
She's probably trying to avoid the appearance of too much interest a little too soon.
3) Is she talking about the next date? Is she talking period? Women are often much more open to the idea of a second date than men and will often discuss it openly during the date.
Don't worry if she doesn't as long as she is talking.
It could be an attempt to play it cool and see how you're reacting.
As long as she's asking questions and participating in the conversation it's a good sign.
The more she contributes the better you'll be able to know her.
4) Finally, notice where her eyes linger.
She might be looking at your hands or maybe looking you in the eye.
If she only seems to have eyes for you, things are going good.
If she is making a concentrated effort to look everywhere but your direction, you might need to do a little quick work to get her attention in a good way.
