How Many Bandit Signs Should I Order?

I am really excited guys! The real estate market has presented me with some real jewels of late! I just pocketed a quick $50K by buying a home in a desirable suburban area in Yorktown, VA, subject to and then selling it to a buyer way under market, plus giving the realtor a 6% commission! I pulled this off because I found the exact combination of signs to knock out sellers and to motivate buyers to jump on my line like a 20 lb catfish! Thats by using bandit signs expertly and successfully!
A question I got from a student during a coaching session recently was, How many signs should I order initially?
It dependsbuy if you want a big thumb number its 200-300. Thats a lot of signs but theres a method to the madness! Just like theres a psychology with buyers and sellers, the same goes for real estate investors, especially newbies!
Newbies typically dont have an excellent system put together before they start investing and thats O.K., as long they get out there and at least try to make it happen. However, most quickly get tired of placing bandit signs themselves in the middle of the night, thus they eventually quit doing it as often and eventually quit.
How do I know this? I was that investor man, loading his car up full of signs at 2 AM, looking out for cops drunks and skunks! I know how much it sucksbut I did itfor a while. Then I got smart! I came up with a system that places all the Bandit Signs I want and need, in my strategically placed, high traffic locations, all over my marketing area (which covers 2 cities or about 3 million residents) while I sleep! This is why I told my student that he needs 200-300 signs. I cant give you all the details of how this works right now, but essentially you need to find someone that will place the signs for you consistently and where you want them to be placed. Then with that, a payment plan to compensate your employee!
After I implemented this new system my business really took off! Now, every day I receive at least 20 different offers from buyers and sellers wishing to work with me!
Theres another reason why you need so many signs initially. You need to break into the market! Youre not going to be the first person in your market thats gone to a real estate investing seminar or whos using Bandit Signs! And frankly, no one gives a damn how much you want to send your kids to college, how much you want to redo floors with Brazilian cherry, or that you want to buy a new car.
Your reason for being there is this: You got the wherewithal to consistently be in your prospects face letting them know that you got something that they need!

But I know from investors that have made it AND those that havent that if youre not successful initially in this business you probably never will be.
