- 1). Travel to Icirrus City in "Pokemon Black" or "Pokemon White." Icirrus City is located to the right of Twist Mountain and to the left edge of Route 8.
- 2). Enter the Pokemon Center found north of the large pond. The Pokemon Center is a place that heals your Pokemon team for free and sells you helpful items.
- 3). Talk to the Poke Mart salesmen behind the counter to the right and buy TM25 for 70,000 dollars.
