How to prepare foods for babies

Homemade porridge prepared from vegetables and fruits, healthy, and highly nutritious.After approximately six months old, babies join their first feeding porridge . These should be healthy, while highly nutritious, and here we see some ideas that you can apply to expand the diet daily for your baby.

The porridgemore conventional home are prepared from vegetables and some fruits. Among them, potatoes, squash and carrots are preferred. For its preparation, cooked vegetables, boiling and controlling a bare minimum of salt only if necessary, and is not recommended salting the porridge .
