Dealing with frustration through guided meditation is easy.
The only thing you have to do is take some time to listen to the CD or MP3.
That's it.
Often you can do it while lying in your bed when you are about to go to sleep.
Listen to a relaxing voice and at the same time work at your self esteem and your self confidence.
Last week I downloaded a new MP3 from the internet.
In fact it was three MP3's.
They were amazing.
I listen to them in the evening and I wake up every morning with a happy feeling and I can't wait to start working! The first MP3 relieves muscular tension.
Muscular tension is usually caused by sustained anxiety,stress and frustration.
By relieving muscular tension it is possible to release any sustained anxiety or stress or frustration that is being stored physically within the body.
The second MP3 aims at rotating your consciousness through the body.
This prevents the mind from wandering because it needs to keep up with the sequence.
Following a recording isn't too difficult, but takes a bit of practice to perform the sequence on your own.
Beginners tend to drift into other thoughts without realizing it.
So this MP3 is helping to stop your mind from wandering off.
At the end of the third MP3, you will be in a low alpha or theta state.
It has a general set of positive affirmations.
Those affirmations will settle in your mind easily, so without even being aware of it, you are relieving your feelings of frustration and stress.
Of course this is just one of the many guided meditations available on the internet.
