How to Tincture Green Walnut Hulls

- 2). Wash the hulls with cold, distilled water. Use a plastic scrub brush to remove any stuck-on dirt.
- 3). Place the hulls in a glass container or pot that has a lid.
- 4). Fill the container with enough vodka that all of the hulls are covered.
