Mail, Address Book and Rules

• 1). Open Outlook.
  
  
• 2). Click "File" in the main menu bar. Scroll down to "Import and Export."
  
  
• 3). Select "Import Internet Mail and Addresses." Click "Next."
  
  
• 4). Select "Outlook Express" on the list. Put a check mark in the box next to "Import Mail," "Import Address Book" and "Import Rules" and click "Next."
  
  
• 5). Hit "Finish."
  
  

Mail Account Settings

• 1). Open Outlook.
  
  
• 2). Click "File" in the main menu bar. Scroll down to "Import and Export."
  
  
• 3). Select "Import Internet Mail Account Settings." Click "Next."
  
  
• 4). Click "Microsoft Outlook Express." Click "Next."
  
  
• 5). Review the information on the next four windows that will appear to make sure they are correct in terms of your email address and password. Click "Next" on each page. Click "Finish" on the final window.
