Get the Body You Want, Do it Fast

Weight control has always been difficult for some of us. There have always been people who want to help you lose weight quickly. The problem with these programs is they do not last.

The good news is that we do not have to change everything about our diets to get on the right track. All we need to do is make some substitutions, we can swap healthy choices for those fattening things we are in the habit of eating.

I will provide some examples from each meal group so I will begin with breakfast. If you switch from a regular corn flake cereal to a bran flake cereal with raisins you will be getting about the fiber you need for the day. Your body is able to digest the instant oatmeal faster than the regular oatmeal so regular oatmeal makes you feel full longer.

When you choose a sandwich for lunch be sure that your mayonnaise is canola oil mayonnaise, and consider tuna. Another tip is adding avocado to your sandwiches. Avocado is rich in vitamins, minerals, phytochemicals, and cholesterol lowering plant sterols.

Another effective method is to increase your metabolic rate so that it can help your body to burn off the excess calories. One of the method is to Increase your muscle mass, as muscle tissue will tend to burn approximately 70 to 100 calories as compared to the fat in our body, which only burnt off approximately 4 or 6 calories per kg. So, it's time for weight and resistance training folks.

You can also start eating more everyday now without having to worry whether you will put on weight or not. As you might have know, even for myself, having to stick to those strict diet on low fat or low in carbohydrate is never an easy task.

The second method to increasing your metabolic rate is using "Stimulants". Stimulants liked caffeine and green tea has been proven by a study done in Japan. The result stated that a person, who drank say green tea on a daily basis, would have burned 70 more calories as compared to those who don't. This is a pretty easy ways to pick up and build up your metabolism rate.
