- 1). Open a Web browser, navigate to Facebook.com and sign in to your account.
- 2). Click the "Account" pull-down menu and select "Privacy Settings." On the next page, click "Customize Settings." Select the "Posts by Me" drop-down box and change the visibility to "Everyone."
- 3). Go to your Facebook profile by clicking the "Profile" button at the top of the page. Select the "Photos" tab from the left column. Click the "Upload Photos" button.
- 4). Click the "Select Photos" button and choose the picture you want to upload from your computer. Alternatively, you can go to an existing photo by clicking on it from one of your albums.
- 5). Click the "Tag Photo" icon or "Tag This Photo" link. Move the mouse cursor to any location on the photo and click on the photo. A pop-up window will appear.
- 6). Type the name of the friend or Facebook page you want to tag. Press "Enter" to activate the tag. To add another tag, click again on the photo's surface, type another name and press "Enter."
- 7). Click the "Done Tagging" link when you are finished. You will see a list of people you've tagged in the "In This Photo" section below the image.
