Easy Directions for Making Paper Swans
- 1). Position your paper like a diamond, so one of the corners points directly towards you. Fold the paper in half from left to right, crease and unfold.
- 2). Fold the top right edge and the top left edge in to meet the center crease. You should now have two right triangles sitting side by side atop an isosceles triangle.
- 3). Flip your paper over so the surface that was up facing you is now facing down. Fold the top right and top left edges in to the center crease again.
- 4). Fold the paper in half from top to bottom so that both points are pointing towards you. Fold the first quarter of the top point from bottom to top so that it is facing away from you again.
- 5). Flip your paper over again so that the original side is facing up again. Fold everything in half from left to right.
- 6). Pick up your paper while keeping it folded. Pull the sharp tip away from the rest of the paper and the swan will extend its neck and beak.
