24-Layer Crepe Cake with Chantilly Cream, Caramel Sauce and Poached Figs
This beautiful cake is actually a twist on the old French classic dessert, Mille Crêpes Cake (a thousand crepes). The Crepe Cake looks very elegant but is quite simple to make - a couple batches of crepes with Chantilly cream between the layers. We garnish the cake slices with figs poached in honey and drizzle some caramel over the top. It's as delicious as it looks!
