Wouldn't it be great if you could eliminate these feelings of panic for ever? When you suffer your anxieties, you think you are alone.
You are certain that nobody will ever understand you.
Maybe that there is nobody in your environment who does understand your feelings.
But, be sure that there are millions of people, not only Americans but all over the world who can understand you.
They know what you are talking about.
Maybe that they do not admit it, but they also suffer from anxiety.
This is such a widespread disease.
The symptoms may be different but the sufferance is still that of anxiety and panic.
The best is: this does not have to go on and on in eternity.
There are many ways out of this spiral.
Most of them are easy to follow.
They are easy to implement into your daily life..
As soon as you feel your panic creeping up, you can start to breathe deeply, slowly and gently, inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth.
While inhaling think that you are inhaling health and while exhaling think that every suffering is leaving your body and mind.
Do inhale slowly and exhale slowly.
The slow movement is calming by itself.
Put a smile on your face.
Put a smile at the corners of your mouth and at the corners of your eyes.
This little movement has an immediate effect.
A smile on your face relaxes your whole body! It brings calmness into your system.
And it might even calm your neighbors.
A gentle smile affects others as well.
You have many means at your disposal that help you to eliminate feelings of panic.
One of the great helps is gratitude.
You can express gratitude for whatever happens in your life.
Even for your panic.
Say thanks when it arrives and continue to repeat that your are thankful for everything that shows up in your life.
Even for your panic.
Every emotion shows you that you are alive.
Be thankful for being alive.
According to Dr.
Len, a Hawayan psychologist, the following sentence can erase any bad feelings and actions from life: Address your unconscious mind by repeating: "I am sorry, please forgive me.
Thank you, I love you.
" I gave this sentence to a friend of mine who was scared by a trip she had to undertake.
I told her to repeat the sentence along her way.
I also told her that no panic would show up.
She did it and her journey was safe.
She was calm during the whole trip all and arrived without having ever felt panic or stress.
It does work.
Try it and you will be surprised.
