How to Mix Roots With Yogurt
- 1). Cut the roots from the base of the fruit or bulb of the plant. Some roots, like ginger, you can simply buy from your local grocery store. Other roots, you'll have to cut from the plant itself.
- 2). Mince the roots using your large kitchen knife or a food processor to render 2 tablespoons of minced roots.
- 3). Pour the minced roots directly into a small bowl.
- 4). Add plain yogurt on top of the roots, then stir thoroughly to mix the roots and yogurt together.
- 5). Add extra chopped or whole fruits, like strawberries, blueberries, peaches or raspberries, to add more flavor and consistency to your yogurt.
