- 1). Access the "Today" screen on the dashboard of your T-Mobile Dash. Your email account must be set up before you can access your Yahoo! calendar. Hit "Start" and then "Programs." Select "Set Up E-mail." If you do not see the icons or any of these choices, you may have the phone set on "hide" mode for icons. To reconfigure the setup, select "Start / Settings," then "Today Screen."
- 2). Select the Yahoo! email account from the options on the screen. Agree to the terms of use by selecting "I Agree." Type in your Yahoo! ID and password, which will automatically be saved onto your phone. Insert your display name and then hit "Finished" once you receive a message saying the set-up process is complete.
- 3). Select "Calendar/Options." Check to see if your Yahoo! calendar is listed. Scroll down to select the Yahoo! calendar and hit "Enter" to check whether the wireless synching function is turned on for the Yahoo! account on your T-Mobile Dash.
- 4). Make sure you have installed ActiveSync from your install disc onto your PC. If you have not, then you can either download ActiveSync 4.5, or if you are running Windows 7 then you will need the Windows Mobile Device Center. Visit the Microsoft Download Center to find which program you need to download. If you do not have Windows Vista or a more recent operating system, then you will need to purchase a more up-to-date operating system before being able to sync with your T-Mobile Dash.
