    • 1). Set your bricks on the ground so that they start in an "L" shape. The two larger sides should be around six bricks long and the smaller sides should be roughly three bricks long.

    • 2). Create a center square about 3 feet by 3 feet. Make the edges uneven to make the hole more challenging and maze-like.

    • 3). Place two cinderblocks in the center of the larger section of the course, side by side. Position one around 4 inches away from the left side of the opening to the larger section. The cinderblocks should be at a 45 degree angle, moving away from the opening.

    • 4). Place the croquet stake to the left side of the cinderblocks. Add a brick to the right side of the stake.

    The Tunnel

    • 1). Arrange a mirror version of the "L" shape that you made in step 1 of section 1. Replace the corner bricks on the longer sides with a 45-degree angled cinderblock.

    • 2). Place a cinderblock on top of another about 2 feet from the end of the backwards "L." Position another two cinderblocks in the same fashion a further 2 feet along.

    • 3). Position a 3-by-1-foot piece of plywood from the ground to the cinderblock on each side.

    • 4). Balance a 6-inch wide plastic tube between the two cinderblocks, keeping it steady with two bricks on both sides. Saw off part of the tube so it just big enough to stretch from one cinderblock to the next.

    • 5). Create a second "L" shape at the bottom of the ramp. This should be exactly the same as the first except the correct way round. Position your croquet stake near the end of the "L."

    Up, Up and Away

    • 1). Stack three cinderblocks in a pile.

    • 2). Lean a 6-by-2-foot piece of plywood against the top cinder block so it creates a ramp from the ground.

    • 3). Build a five brick by five brick square about 2 ½ feet away from the end of the ramp. Use cinderblocks instead of bricks at the far side. Remove the second and third bricks from the left and right side.

    • 4). Insert the croquet stake near the center of the square.
