How to Replace a Sliding Rear Window in a 1993 F-150
- 1). Pop out the plastic trim above the rear middle seat with a slotted screwdriver.
- 2). Remove the two bolts revealed by removing the plastic trim. Use a slotted screwdriver to remove the 10 mm bolts.
- 3). Peel off the window's water shield or rubber lining.
- 4). Slide the window out of the sliding mechanism assembly. Install a replacement window in its place.
- 5). Reattach the water shield. You might need to use sealant to seal the shield onto the window. Reattach the two bolts and the plastic trim.
