Now uncles can be hard to shop for depending on how well you know them and what their age is and what their interest are. But one really sort of full proof way to please your uncle is to create a journal with memories of his childhood with his sibling or how ever you are related. Whether it's your mother or father who is their sibling, you can sit down and spend some time over a cup of coffee with your mom or dad and have them tell you stories about when your uncle and they were little. I'm sure that they're going to have lots of really great stories, some very fond memories and you can either record them with a tape recorder or you can ask permission first but or you can write them down by hand. Then you can put them in this journal or any journal and wrap it up nicely and present it to your uncle. I'm sure that it's going to really hold some heart strings when he remembers back the times when we and his siblings were young. It's a really lovely gift, it's very thoughtful and I'm sure it's treasured. While you are at it, you can do double duty you can also make a copy for your parent as well. It's a really special keepsake.
