- 1). Open the Firefox browser and navigate to the "Facebook Chat History Manager" download page using the link provided in the Resources section below.
- 2). Click on the "Add to Firefox" button. A pop-up window opens. Click "Install Now."
- 3). Click "Restart Firefox" once the add-on has finished installing.
- 4). Click "Tools" and select "Get Facebook ID" from the Facebook Chat History Manager menu. Then, log in to Facebook and copy the ID number displayed by the add-on.
- 5). Click "Tools" and select "Create Account" on the Facebook Chat History Manager menu. Paste the Facebook ID into the top field. Type your Facebook password in the next below, and verify your password in the third field. Press "OK."
- 6). Press the "Ctrl + Alt + F" keys together and enter your log in information to view the Chat History Manager for Facebook.
