- You can decorate the door of the locker by wrapping it with gift wrap. Use a wide ribbon to tie a big bow on the front of it. Some schools don't allow the covering of the front of the locker, and some will allow it as long as you're not applying tape to the front of the door. Tape on the inside of the door, or use a large enough piece of paper that it can be taped to itself. Be careful around the locks and the hinges, so that the paper doesn't rip. It's best to cut away a piece of the paper for these areas.
- You can buy a bouquet of helium balloons and tie the strings into the vent of the locker. Consider having several of your friends chip in for balloons, because they can make a big impact. If you aren't able to tie the strings to the vent, you can tie them to a stuffed animal, like a birthday bear and place the bear in the locker. When the locker door is closed the balloon strings will stick out from the top.
- You might want to wrap all of her school books in gift wrap. You can also take out all the books and wallpaper the inside of the locker with gift wrap. Spray a can of silly string inside the locker and hang a few streamers. Only use confetti if you plan to help clean it up.
