So you have decided to lose 10 pounds but did you exercise? Will you wake up at 6 a.
m every morning and go jogging or would you prefer to just snug up cozily in your bed? Exercise is an important key in any weight loss program.
There are many other exercise options besides going to the gym, jogging or swimming.
Think of ways on how to include exercise in your daily activities.
These other exercise options require you to put in extra effort and be more creative.
For example, instead of driving to the supermarket to get your groceries, why don't you get a cart and walk to the supermarket.
How about when you are driving to work? Instead of finding that parking place close to the your work building, why not look for a parking lot as far away as possible so that you can give yourself a mini-workout all the way to the office.
There are other ways to exercise when you are at home.
Don't just sit down to do nothing while you microwave reheat your frozen dinner, instead, why don't you get some exercise by preparing and cooking a delicious, wholesome and not forgetting healthy dinner.
You can get your family involve in your exercises too.
Go and shoot hoops with your kids in the backyard or go sightseeing around your neighbourhood with your spouse and much much more Televisions are a huge problem when you want to lose weight.
Most people tend to sit on their couches motionless while their eyes are glued to that box.
While watching television, why not get up and do some aerobic exercises instead.
Or better still, switch off the television for one days and focus on what exercises you can do.
If you just cannot miss your favourite programs on television, record it Why don't you get a home gym, with a treadmill, exercise bicycle or an abdominal trainer? With a home gym, you can exercise in the privacy of your own home.
You can even cycle on the treadmill while watching your favourite shown on television So is it difficult to exercise? You just have to make some additional activities into your lifestyle, activities that you can handle on a daily basis.
Soon, you won't even notice these "exercises", and before you know it, you will even lose 10 pounds, making you happier and lighter.
