    Morphing

    • The phone is able to morph because of "nanotechnology based flexible materials" and "transparent electronic surfaces." Fibril proteins are shaped into a "mesh that reinforces thin elastic structures." The morphing concept is aimed to accommodate hands-free telephone technology use and situations where users need a larger screen.

    Self-Cleaning

    • The Morph comes with self-cleaning surfaces. The company explains that "Nanoflowers" are natural deterrents to damage caused by fingerprints, water and dirt.

    Sustainability

    • The Nokia website explains that the new concept "might create fantastic opportunities for mobile devices" and the Morph Phone is green to suggest environmental sustainability features. The Morph Phone uses batteries the company says could last longer and charge faster, adding that "built-in solar absorption might charge a device."

    Design and Display

    • The Morph Phone was designed alongside Cambridge University professionals. It is displayed in New York`s Museum of Modern Art (MoMA.)
