- 1). Insert the installation CD into the computer.
- 2). Restart the computer.
- 3). Press any key to boot from the CD.
- 4). Select your language, keyboard layout and currency type from the onscreen menus.
- 5). Click on "Repair your computer." This will automatically detect and repair the problems with your power management, correcting the issue.
