- 1). Turn off your computer.
- 2). Press the "0" key on the keypad and turn the computer back on. The Toshiba Recovery utility appears on the screen.
- 3). Press "1" to restore the original operating condition. Click the "Yes" button in the notification window to begin the reinstallation. The computer notifies you when the process is finished.
- 4). Press the "Enter" key to restart the computer with the reinstalled settings in place.
