How to Update Hyperthreading Drivers

    • 1). Click the "Start" button on the bottom left-hand side of your screen.

    • 2). Click the "Control Panel" option. Click the "Performance and Maintenance" option.

    • 3). Click "System" and then click the "Automatic Updates" button to the "On" position.

    • 4). Wait for the system to scan for the updated versions of your hyperthreading drivers. These will be labeled "Hyperthreading Drivers" or "Sound/Audio Drivers" in the menu.

    • 5). Click "Install Updates" at the bottom of the screen and wait for the updates to install.
