How to Copy an Mpeg File to a CD-R

1). Download and install a VCD authoring program to your computer. There are many of these programs available on the Internet. See the Resource section for a list of programs.
2). Open the VCD authoring program by clicking the "Start" button in the bottom left-hand corner of your computer's desktop and selecting the program from the list of available programs on your computer in the "Start Menu."
3). Add the MPEG file to the program by clicking "File">"Add" in the top left-hand corner of the window.
4). Insert a blank CD-R into your computer's disc tray, and close the disc tray.
5). Click the "Burn" button at the bottom of the window.
